Why is sleep important?

Sleep is not just a passive state of unconsciousness. It is an active process that involves various physiological and psychological functions, such as:

  • Consolidating and enhancing your memory and learning

  • Regulating your hormones, metabolism, immune system, and mood

  • Protecting your mental and physical health

Tips to sleep better

  1. Stick to your schedule- To being able sleep better you have to make a specific time for that. When you start sleeping at the same time your body will get used to it.

  2. Make a sleep-friendly environment- You have to keep your bedroom quiet and dark to create an ideal sleeping environment.

  3. No Mobile- The blue light emitted by electronic devices can interfere with your sleep patterns.
